ABOUT THE PROJECT
We didn’t want a site that just lists cars—we wanted the closest thing to standing next to one. More dynamic. More sensory. Designed to help decisions, fast.
We built rich vehicle pages with exterior photo sets, walk-around videos, and a listen to the exhaust button. The site acts as both showroom and service hub: live in-stock models with smart filters, clear service overview (financing, trade-in, maintenance), and direct paths to contact, book a test drive, reserve, or request valuation. Speed, visual hierarchy, and conversion were the priorities, so users stay longer, find faster, and submit higher-quality enquiries

CHALLENGES
The challenge was not adding more cars, it was adding more trust. The brand felt generic and too close to classifieds, inventory was hard to parse, and the site was slow and linear. Visual identity lacked edge and consistency, and the paths to enquire, test drive, or reserve were not obvious. The result was drop-offs, low-intent leads, and a brand that did not match the calibre of the vehicles.
We repositioned Car Broker from listings seller to curated premium broker. On brand, we built a cohesive system with logo, type, color, grid, and photo style that signals credibility at a glance. On product, we rebuilt the site around speed, hierarchy, and intent with smart filters, rich product pages with walk-around video, exhaust audio, and clear specifications, and clear calls to action for booking, reserving, and valuation. Microcopy, trust markers, and structured forms qualify leads. Creator guidelines standardize imagery. A clean CMS keeps inventory fresh without breaking design. The net result is longer sessions, faster discovery, and fewer but better enquiries.
