ABOUT THE PROJECT
Bocanegra sits in Villanueva del Pardillo, Madrid—mouth-watering food, live music, and an atmosphere people don’t just like, they love. The job: bring that energy online and turn attention into reservations, week after week.
We translated the vibe into a repeatable growth system: a social-first content library (signature plates, behind-the-bar moments, 30–45s live-music clips), a weekly line-up calendar, and creator nights to spark UGC. We rebuilt the booking flow (bio + link routing, highlights, clear CTAs), tuned Google Business Profile for calls and directions, and ran geo-targeted ad bursts Thurs–Sat to fill prime slots. The result is a brand that feels as alive on screen as it is in the room—and a steadier stream of covers.

CHALLENGES
The challenge was straightforward, fill more tables more often. Online signals were noisy, the brand looked uneven, and the path from discovery to reservation was unclear. Live music created attention but not enough conversions. Paid spend was not mapped to real-time capacity, so prime hours filled late and shoulder slots stayed weak.
We treated design and paid media as a bookings engine. On design, we unified the look across menus, posts, stories, and the weekly lineup so guests recognize Bocanegra instantly, then rebuilt the reservation flow with clear routing from bio to table, FAQs in highlights, and obvious calls to action. On performance, we optimized Google Business Profile for calls and directions, and ran geo targeted ads Thursday to Saturday tied to live availability and expected demand. Creative focused on what to book, when to come, and why now. Tracking covered calls, directions, and reservation submits so we could shift budget to the highest converting hours. Result, faster paths to book, higher table utilization, and steadier covers across the week.
