ABOUT THE PROJECT
El Rosal has spent years delivering luxury refurbishments for flagship venues and premium stays across Spain, especially Madrid. The work spoke for itself—but mostly offline. The next step was to make the craftsmanship visible and consistent online.
We translated El Rosal’s attention to detail into a social-first content system and a clean, portfolio-driven website. On site, we captured before/after sequences, process details, and signature finishes; then we defined story pillars, posting cadence, and creator guidelines to scale production. In parallel, we designed and built a fast, minimal site with project filters (retail, hospitality, residential), case write-ups, and a CMS so the team can publish new work in minutes. The result: steady awareness, a stronger inbound pipeline, and a brand presence that matches the quality of the builds.

CHALLENGES
The challenge wasn’t making El Rosal look more premium — it was making its craft scale. A reputation built on referrals had no system behind it: content was ad-hoc, the story leaned “lifestyle” over craftsmanship, and there wasn’t a clear path from attention to qualified leads. That gap was capping awareness and inbound.
We needed to productize the craft without losing the soul. We kept what’s uniquely El Rosal — obsession with detail, quiet luxury, real build quality — and added structure, velocity, and conversion. We defined story pillars (before/after arcs, process moments, signature finishes), set a publishing cadence and creator guidelines, and built a fast, minimal site with filters and case write-ups on a CMS. Together, the system turns shoots into a steady pipeline and aligns the brand presence with the standard of the builds.
